Lightly brined in brown sugar and salt. Then smoked in our region's traditional smokehouse style. Slightly sweet, slightly salty, thick and rich morsels of yum!
Thaw under refrigeration. Serve from chilled to room temp. (we prefer room temp)
Serve alongside your best brie with mango chutney and sparkling wine.
I baked some of your Sockeye salmon at a really low temp on fresh lemon slices and garden herbs, it was a religious experience! I want more!!
